Our workhorse espresso blend. Nutty, spicy, complex as a straight shot; swiss chocolate sweetness in steamed milk. Composed of 3 (Direct Trade) Brazil coffees, a natural & pulp natural process Yellow Bourbon from Fazenda Cachoeira da Grama and a pulp natural Catuai from Fazenda Delarisse. Changes seasonally. The fully natural Brazil provides a heavy body and dark fruit notes with caramel; the pulp natural Delarisse bean gives the shot just enough acidity in the first sip and a sweet chocolate, walnutty finish.
