Our workhorse espresso blend. Nutty, spicy, complex as a straight shot; swiss chocolate sweetness in steamed milk. Composed of 2 different Brazils (one fully natural process, one pulped natural process), and a two washed high-grown Guatemalan bean. Changes seasonally. The fully natural Brazil provides a heavy body and dark fruit notes; the two pulped natural Brazils give Big Bro a cleaner mouthfeel than previous iterations; the washed Latin American bean gives the shot a nice snap in the first sip and a complex spiciness throughout.
